Your RRID is Red! What happened?

Several things may have gone wrong, some may be worth checking:

  • Typo? RRID:AB_90755 should be good but RRID:ARB_90755 or RRID:AB_90,755 will most likely be red

    • Remedy: check for typos, copy and paste the RRID from the RRID portal to reduce errors

  • New RRID? Some recently added resources have not yet made their way to the systems that SciScore uses.

    • Remedy: Does your RRID show up here? n2t.net/RRID:AB_90755? If not and it was recently submitted you should wait for the amount of time that RRID curators estimate (usually a few days for antibodies, but can be much longer when RRIDs involve depositing animals or other resources)

  • Red RRIDs don’t normally count against the user, in terms of scores. This is primarily an informational item.
